This company has my highest recommendation. We replaced old insulation that was damaged by rats infiltrating our crawl space from a canyon below our house. The CEO (Matt) personally inspected our home and developed an estimate to clean and rodent-proof the home, and included options to replace the insulation with foam or fiberglass, depending on our budget. I am so glad we chose foam for a long-term solution. It is also far superior. We can already feel the difference in temperature inside. The entire team (from cleaning to installation) was knowledgable, professional, and friendly. Also, the company stands by its rodent-proofing work with a 10-year warranty. Leaving this review months after their service. We had a roof leak and during repairs found signs the attic had previously been infested with rodents. These guys came out and did great work remediating/sanitizing and installing new batting. Excellent communication all around, hard working team, and they even went the extra mile with some small requests I had at no charge. What really set them apart was when I reached back out to address a minor mistake they made which was found after they completed work, Matt immediately resolved the issue. I worked with Advanced Insulation System to install new Insulation and drywall in our garage. Despite some minor setbacks, Matthew and his crew were able to do it right and we got an amazing transformation! I recently had Advanced Spray Foam insulate the attic rafters of a house I'm working on for a family member in El Cajon.   If anyone is considering the value of the material,  we had our attic temps drop from 130 on average to basically air temp outside.   Price was very competitive and the team that did the install and clean up were very respectful of the house and kept things clean. I also used the attic clean out service they offer to remove an old re-roof job that had filled the space with debris and old blow in that was full of mice remnants.  Again another team that was extra careful and did a great job. Matt and John the owners give timely status updates and the contract process was fair and no pressure. We had a smell coming from our kitchen ceiling duct after using our air conditioning system during the hot weather. Mathew came over and did a free inspection and was very thorough.  They checked everything in the attic and also inside the kitchen ducts and they didn't find anything except dust. They recommended getting a company to come out and clean the dust out of the ducts and to use a deodorizer. They did an excellent inspection and helped us resolve our issue very quickly. I can’t recommend this company enough. I was having trouble keeping my house cool even after recently paying another company to install attic insulation. Instead of trying to sell me on more work, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my attic, checked multiple areas, and even drilled a small inspection hole to verify whether insulation had actually been installed. It turned out there wasn’t insulation where there should have been. What impressed me most was their honesty. They encouraged me to contact the original company and have them correct their mistake rather than trying to profit from the situation. They spent their time inspecting everything, explaining what they found, and didn’t charge me a dime. It’s rare to find a company that’s this knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely looking out for the customer. When I do need insulation work in the future, they’ll be the first company I call.
